Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't quite right, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase included.

To start a return, log in to your account at account.vildestudios.com and follow the steps to submit your request. If you checked out as a guest, email us at info@vildestudios.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or not as described. We will arrange a free return and offer you the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A store credit to use on a future order

Please include clear photographs of the fault or damage when you get in touch: this helps us resolve your query as quickly as possible.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. We also cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Personalised or custom-made jewellery
  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise altered
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Please note: original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
