01 — Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — follow us to stay updated.
02 — Delivery Options & Costs
- Free Standard Delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard Delivery — £3.99 — delivered in 3–5 business days
- Next Day Delivery — £5.99 — order before 12pm for next business day delivery
Free standard delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches £50.
03 — Dispatch & Timelines
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
04 — Our Delivery Partner
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

05 — Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your expected delivery date, please get in touch with us. We'll investigate with our delivery partner and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we're unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
